It's been a rather mysterious issue for me as a relative newcomer to the industry with little to go on. The ABA is sooo cautious about discussing pricing/discounting for fear of litigation, but i don't think that not addressing it at all is the solution. Is there anyone out there who has tried the "loss leader" (or as my husband prefers to call it: "the break-even leader") approach and has data?
